At CSU, our mission is to offer comprehensive career services that will improve employability among graduates of this university, fosters professional growth, and strengthens alumni relationships.

This mission is driven by the following strategic objectives:

(i) To foster student engagement in career development processes through training, workshops and job fair;
(ii) produce graduates with strong employability skillset
(iii) increase linkage and networking opportunities between the university and industry
(iv) facilitate job placements for graduates of this university and
(v)increase number of graduates employed after graduation.

The following services are on offer at the CSU:

1. Resume writing, interviewing and job search strategies.
2. Workshops and seminars for career development, internship and job placement.
3. Mentorship: pairing students with industry professionals and alumni for guidance and support.
4. Online resources for remote job searches and virtual interviews.
5. Maintain a database of job postings and career opportunities.
6. Graduate school preparation: provide guidance on pursuing advanced degrees, including help with applications and research statements.
